Question HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
AnswerAt www.eternityeight.com, Eternity Eight’s online store, you can order from all available items. Get inspired by the women’s collections, and browse our new collections and sales.
Are you looking for anything in particular? Simply type in a keyword in the search field at the top left of the screen, for instance ‘skirts’, or a reference number.
Make your choice, select your preferred size and color, and click on ‘Add to cart’.
To see which items you have already collected, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page.
In this overview, you can change the quantity or remove an item from the list.

Are you happy with everything you have got in your cart?
Click on ‘Continue’ to pay for your items. Follow the instructions on the screen to make a secure payment.

Question HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
AnswerIn all countries, you can pay online by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
In Morocco, you can pay cash on delivery, too.
Question IS IT SAFE TO PAY ONLINE? HOW DO I KNOW THIS FOR SURE?
AnswerA secure internet environment is incredibly important.
We guarantee that you can pay safely in the online store of Eternity Eight.
We only use secure payment systems by recognized financial institutions specialized in electronic trade.
These systems convert your payment details into a kind of secret code (SSL) and send this directly to the financial institution responsible for processing your payment.
Question WILL I RECEIVE A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?
AnswerYes, you automatically receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed.
This message includes your order reference number.
Keep this information in a safe place in case you need to contact the customer service department.
Question WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
AnswerWe deliver your parcel free of charge to an address of your choice (home, work…) if you spend €150 or more. If you spend less than €150, the delivery following charges apply depending on the country. You can get an estimation of your delivery fees at the time of the order when you add the items o your basket. Since the worldwide deliveries are provided by our partner DHL, your delivery estimation is calculated by DHL simulator.
In Morocco, if your order is more than DH900, we deliver your parcel free of charge. If it is not, you will be delivered with our partner AMANA EXPRESS for DH54.
Question WHO WILL BE DELIVERING MY ORDER FOR HOME DELIVERIES?
AnswerWe work in close partnership with DHL for international deliveries and AMANA EXPRESS for Morocco.
Question HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
AnswerNaturally, we do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
The delivery time depends on the day of your payment, the city and the delivery method.

In Morocco, we deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your order confirmation. If you order before 11:00 am on weekdays, we will deliver your parcel the next working day!
If you are in an American or a European country, you receive your order within 3 working days. The same time limit for Egypt and the Gulf countries. If your country is located in Asia or Africa, then delivery time will be 4 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary.

Question HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
AnswerIf you are in a country other than Morocco, as soon as your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Also, you can visit Eternity Eight online store and click on ‘My Account’. This gives you an instant overview of your order status.
Question WHAT COUNTRIES DOES ETERNITY EIGHT DELIVER TO?
AnswerCurrently, www.eternityeight.com delivers in Morocco and to most of the countries: the ones that the international transportation company DHL delivers to.
Question I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?
AnswerAlways check your spam folder first. Do also check the order history in your account.

Question CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
AnswerIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return items to Eternity Eight. This period starts from the day your parcel was delivered.

There are a number of conditions:
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• The item must be unworn
• The item must not have been washed
• The item must not have a penetrating smell
• The item must be returned with all tags attached

Question HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
AnswerYou can return the item(s) using a courier of your choice.

1) Remove the returns form from the packaging and fill in the code that best fits the reason for return.
2) Put the item(s) you wish to return and the returns form in the original bag/box.
3) Write the returns address clearly on the packaging. It is printed on the front of the returns form.
4) Take your returns parcel to a courier of your choice, ask for a proof of postage receipt and keep it in a safe place.
As soon as we have received your returns parcel, you will get an email notification.
The reimbursement is effectuated within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
